Why does honey crystallise?
Crystallisation is a natural process and does not mean that anything is wrong with the honey. The rate of crystallisation depends on the variety and storage conditions.
How should I store honey?
Keep it tightly sealed in a dry, dark place at room temperature. Do not expose it to direct sunlight.
Which honey variety is the mildest?
