Acacia honey

Wildflower honey
A varied honey from flowering meadows, with an aroma that changes with every harvest. A versatile companion for breakfasts, drinks and homemade desserts.
Linden honey
Distinctly aromatic, with pleasant freshness and a light amber colour. Especially good in tea and warm drinks.
Forest honey
A darker honey with a full flavour and the rich aroma of Slovenian forests. For those who enjoy more intense, less floral flavours.
Ivy honey
A rarer autumn honey with an intense flavour that quickly develops a pleasantly creamy texture. A speciality for those who enjoy exploring distinctive aromas.
Chestnut honey
Dark amber honey with a distinctive aroma and a slightly bitter finish. Excellent with cheese, nuts and other culinary pairings.
Silver fir honey
A rare speciality from Slovenian forests, with a full caramel flavour and gentle resinous notes. Produced only in years when nature provides the right conditions.
